Please check your order carefully before placing it, as Vera Rose may not be able to honor cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided with the order.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our refund policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your own personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we hand over products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

We will notify you of any claims subject to indemnification, provided that failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced as a result. You and Vera Rose consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you reside in the European Union as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of habitual residence will continue to apply unaffected.
